Help decorating a room, funky 50's theme?
Please help! Ok, so I'm redecorating my room soon, and really I want to have a funky 50's theme. I know it sounds weird, but I love that he felt like a restaurant, or maybe some vinyl on the wall. Such Once jukebox or talk a little something something, or a poodle skirt, lol. I do not know what to do with the paint on the walls of my, or my bed or anything. I also want to include things strange, like a shoe phone and other things, I do not know where to get them. I also like the old stuff. Any ideas? Please include photos if you can, or describe it very well. Thank you very very much! PS: the room isn't very big, so do not say things like a 50's car or something lol. Maybe you could paint the closet doors to resemble a dining / Check eBay for all kinds of funky things ... or go to a meet direct exchange or sale of goods. I have a friend who had the vinyl on the wall and looked cool. An old record player would be good and if thats still works best.
