Vinyl Wall Panels
What color should I choose to paint over the lining of the wall in my new cozy basement apt?
This apartment has a much, I love it! The only thing I do not like is the wall that is covered with wood panels (Blech). My landlord allow me to paint any color you choose. I am looking for a color bold, different, that will help make the room appear larger and brighter as the ceilings in the living room are much lower than the rest housing. Since the wood paneling on one wall only, I guess it could be considered an accent wall. I'm leaning towards a nice red, vibrant, but that would be too? The other walls are white, and I will not be able to paint those. If it helps, is an impressive exhibition brick column in the center of my living room, and as the transitions in the kitchen, wonderful black and white vinyl tile retro is covering the ground! Thanks for the suggestions!
That's what I was thinking when I first saw the question .... Red! I painted the panels in my living room. I suggets KILZ paint first. It is a primer and make its color go on easier and look great.
