"Once the art is complete, the rice paper is mounted (laminated) to a little more sheets of rice paper and some silk brocade fabric is also rolling around the outside of the artwork (how?)-This fabric becomes a scroll that a wooden roller is added to the bottom, and a framework and gear is added to the top. I need the exact process of making complete with details ... thanks .......
The silk cloth will be glued in place. As for the shift itself will need a "1 pin from the top and a small strip of wood to the bottom (or you can use the plug on both ends). Carefully line to the top of the paper at a right angle to the pin, wrap it around (sometimes above) and stick to the peg. You can also cut a slit in the plug, lengthwise and insert the paper into the slot, but be sure to add a couple drops of glue or a wedge to not slide out when hung. It's the same process at the bottom. Roll up and tie off with ribbon.
